People with cardiovascular disease and pregnant people cannot perform the activities in Marietas and should not attempt to perform activities that the captain and guide on duty consider risky for their health and well-being, this for their own safety (if they do not meet the requirement we disclaim all responsibility for any health problem).

Use sunscreen just before doing activities (sunscreen should be applied before boarding or at most when the boat is starting to run).
Go down to activities with shoes (of any kind).
Bring bags, backpacks, suitcases, or food and/or drinks down to the beaches.
Throwing garbage into the sea (for environmental protection).
Drinking alcoholic beverages during the stay in Marietas
Fly drones by CONANP regulations to avoid harm or disturbance to our birds in their sanctuary.

The minimum age to enter Lover’s beach is 10 years old and the maximum age is 65 years old, if you are outside that range and still book we are not responsible if the authorities do not allow you to do the activity of going down to this beach and you cannot request a refund.
If you accept the terms and conditions you are confirming that you do not suffer from any of the medical problems (heart problems, high blood pressure, pregnancy etc.  that prevent you from carrying out activities mentioned in the tour information, for which we will not be responsible for any medical complications.

In case we cancel it would be due to weather problems that are unpredictable and the date can be changed or 100% of the advance payment to the client will be refunded by us.
In case of cancellation by the client, the total advance payment is lost, if you need to change the date it is necessary to notify and make the change by contacting us by any means, at least 24 hours in advance. The new date must be rewritten no later than one month after the cancellation and it is only possible to change the date once, otherwise the advance payment will also be lost.
You can only change the date but not ask for a refund, or take advances from other companions who did not show up as part of the remaining payment.
